What time will the sites be open from?
The event starts from the 5pm (please check individual venue) with live music from local musicians. The bars and food outlets will also open then. You can arrive a bit earlier to park.

 

Can audience members bring their own portable outdoor seating?
They can, but will have to sit toward the back - they will be stewarded there by site staff. Wrap up warm, it's a long (but exciting) evening and even if the sun is blazing, it get cold when it gets dark!

 

Can audience members bring their own picnics and drinks?
Absolutely. But no glass is allowed on site. There will be local caterers and a bar at each site. For more information see the venue profile on this site.

Where can the audience find out about the bands that are playing?

Are there toilets at the sites?
Where the venue is private temporary toilets will be on site. At public venues, like Hatherleigh Community Centre, you will be able to use the facilities there.

How long is the play?
It’s running at approx 3 and a 1/4 hours including 2 intervals, with bands playing in the intervals.
